You can cancel pending or confirmed bookings in the app. Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before pickup.
Partners
Partners may decline requests they cannot serve. Cancelling a confirmed booking may affect your listing ranking.
Refunds
Refundable deposits are returned after the return inspection is signed, usually within 3 to 5 banking days.
